Oyster 49

Designed by Rob Humphreys and the shipyard’s in-house team, the Oyster 49 is the natural progression of the previous Oyster 485, a great success for the yard. Inspired by it, but longer at the waterline, with greater internal volume and more power, it is essentially a bluewater cruiser, a hull built to go anywhere. In short, the 49 offers excellent interior space, with six berths in three comfortable cabins and optimal headroom throughout the hull, complemented by a generously sized central cockpit and extremely rational deck layouts—all qualities that make it easy to sail and pleasant to live aboard.
