During Comar’s period of peak innovation, Finot and Fauroux designed one of the classics of the era, the Comet 13. There were numerous novel solutions, starting with the coachroof that rises to protect the cockpit, marked by strong black, smoked windows, and extending to the sunbathing areas on deck, specifically designed to be usable and uncluttered. In short, Comar created new, different hulls, and made them fast. 50 units mark this as a success.
