Bruce Farr is the genius behind incredible hulls such as the Farr 40 or the Mumm 30. In 2000, joining forces with Carrol Marine, he sought a hybrid to challenge the great cruiser-racers. The result was a fast and sleek 12-meter boat, aimed at attracting owners with eyes only for speed and maneuverability, but who out of necessity also needed a livable hull. This is the Farr 395 One Design, OD for short, a small New Zealand speedster.
