Forerunner of the large-scale fiberglass production series, the French company Beneteau has relied on many famous designers over the years for its First performance line. However, the First 42 from 1981 stands out for its extremely elegant lines, in the pure style of master Frers. The prototype from which it was derived is the Gitana VII.
