Developed from the hull of the preceding Sun Fast, the Sun Odyssey 26 was a highly successful design, with over 240 units built by the French shipyard. Also available in a lifting keel version, it inherited the good speed qualities from its larger sibling, while reducing its ‘nervousness’ thanks to a less powerful sail plan and a deck more manageable with a reduced crew.
